Millersville University selected AP3C to convert an existing 45 year old 4-story dormitory into a modern school of education building. A portion of the former dormitory will house administrative office functions and faculty offices. A new 27,000 square foot 2-story addition will be added to the site, creating a unique outdoor courtyard. The project has been designed using US Green Building Council Guidelines.
