Lincoln University Residence Hall

Lincoln University selected AP3C to construct a new 400-bed student residence hall. The building was strategically designed with two wings that could be constructed in separate phases and positioned to create a light filled outdoor courtyard for group activities. Each unit contains five single bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common living space with kitchen.
