AP3C and A&D Architects joint ventured to transform a 440,000 square foot warehouse into 160 luxury lofts. The design includes a private courtyard, two levels of interior parking and a health club with indoor heated pool. Individual units utilize a raised platform bedroom that takes full advantage of 16 foot ceilings with full height windows.
