Urology Outpatient Office

AP3C was chosen to create a new outpatient office for Jefferson Urology Associates to reevaluate organizational strategies and develop a new strategy to improve patient flow and staff efficiencies. AP3C developed a large, open central nursing station surrounded by clusters of examination rooms.
