Philadelphia Heart Institute

A 3-story 60,000 square foot outpatient cardiology center on the campus of Presbyterian Medical Center. Using sensitive campus planning techniques, AP3C positioned the building mass to create a well-appointed landscaped courtyard to connect parking to the campus core. Each floor utilizes a central patient waiting area facing east to capture views of the Philadelphia skyline.
