AP3C was selected by PHY Engineering for site evaluation and design services for their new corporate headquarters in Philadelphia. After a comprehensive analysis of potential sites, PHY selected raw concrete shell space at 833 Chestnut Street as their new location.  AP3C was challenged to create a space that integrated straightforward spatial designs and contemporary details without losing the raw quality of the original space.
