Lawrence A. Goldfarb, AIA
A founding Principal, Larry brings over 40 years of experience to his role as lead designer. Prior to starting his own firm in 1970, Mr. Goldfarb was an Associate Professor of Architecture and City Planning at the University of Pennsylvania.
As Principal Architect of AP3C, Larry leads projects through initial phases of analysis and development. Larry provides a diversity of experienc in urban planning, new construction and adaptive reuse projects. Having successfully delivered a wide range of building types including residential complexes, educational facilities, performance theaters and corporate headquarters, Larry offers each client sound professional and leadership skills. This balance of design and management was acknowledged by the Philadelphia Business Journal, awarding Larry the Design Excellence Award for Best Institutional Project for the Prince Music Theater on Chestnut Street.
Relying on the resources gained in 4 decades of practice, Larry is a proven leader, often becoming the calming resource for clients during the most stressful of times.

Edward C. Eimer, AIA
As Partner in charge of quality control, design and production, Ed combines imagination and a commitment to constantly improving the AP3C product. Ed’s combination of professionalism and enthusiasm is grounded in 15 years of project design and management skills. This combination produces great results including being awarded the 2005 GBCA Design Excellence Award for Best Institutional Project for the Gift of Life Donor Program Corporate Headquarters.
Ed has pioneered many of AP3C’s standard practices in the 14 years he has been with the firm. Instituting a “listen first, design second” philosophy, Ed has found ways to satisfy even the most demanding programs within the constraints of space and budget - often with extraordinary results.
His design skills are enhanced by strong management experience and the unique ability to work with ownership and construction to make good decisions, maintain schedules and respond to unanticipated conditions while maintaining budgets and design intent. Ed’s reputation has created a strong following of clientele which includes many high profile firms. The list includes, Gift of Life Donor Program, Banyan Productions, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Rowan University
